If it is not a food then you are free from the worry of watching what you eat. Then it could be that you fast or diet too much and the hunger causes the migraine.

  • Try not to skip meals
  • Reduce red meat in your diet
  • Make sure you don’t overdose on ibuprofen or other headache medications
  • Drink a lot of water
  • Check your blood pressure and if it’s high avoid heavy exercises
  • Avoid staying in very bright environment without sunglasses, and not at a place with very bright lights
  • Get away from loud noises
  • Have some calming drinks such as chamomile tea, lime+ tea+ honey
  • Sleep enough, tie your head and cover your eyes while sleeping
  • Reduce stress and anxiety

If the headache is caused by eye strain then the problem is easily remedied by a visit to an optician, eye glasses are the answer and the head aches will disappear.

The only answer to the hangover is pain killers after certain hours of drinking or refrains from drinking too much. These are just a few of the most common causes of head aches there are many more and some may require specialist treatment.

Yes, sinusitis causes headache and if you don’t treat your sinusitis, it will become very dangerous also.

Try to visit your doctor and get your medication regularly.
