Weaning Baby off Your Milk – How to Stop Breastfeeding

It is good to breastfeeding your baby for at least the first six months of her life as your milk contains colostrum, which helps to increase the immunity of your baby.

The decision to stop breastfeeding your child or weaning her off your milk is a decision that you alone can make, along with your child’s cooperation.

Solid foods are recommended for babies by the age of six months. So around that time the number of breastfeeds can decrease.

The Dairy Controversy – Who To Trust?

Many of you may remember the study by Michael Zemel, director of the Nutrition Institute at the University of Tennessee, which showed that consuming at least three servings of low-fat dairy such as milk or yogurt helped participants burn more fat and lose more weight than those who had a low intake of calcium. Following this, the dairy industry introduced the 24 ounces in 24 hours campaign.

Binge Eating Disorder Affects 3 Percent of Americans

A new study shows that 3 percent of Americans are classified as having a binge eating disorder problem, or disorder.

It is typical for those with BED to gorge on food, at least twice a week, despite feeling disgusted with themselves, until they are beyond full and can’t eat anymore.

Most typical binge eaters report feeling a loss of control, as though they can’t stop eating.

And they do it over and over again, even though they wish they could stop. It’s common for them to binge eat for emotional reasons, such as being angry or upset, but one scoop of ice cream becomes a craving for more and more until the refrigerator is empty.

What Is Hyperhidrosis?

Most of us have faced situations where our palms and armpits have become damp with sweat due to nervousness or worry.

Imagine, however, if this were a chronic condition and you sweated excessively in some particular parts of your body beyond what is normal for the human body.

Normally, people sweat to keep the temperature of the body steady at a normal level during exercise or when they have fever or in hot weather.

Recognizing Penile Cancer Symptoms and Treating It




Penile cancer is rare in the United States, affecting about one in 100,000 men, and this rarity is attributed to the practice of circumcision at birth.

Men in South American countries and in India are more likely to develop this cancer. Penile cancer develops slowly and, if discovered early, can be cured.
